Alliance Partnership – Basic Terms

I/we request to be accepted under the Access Wealth Alliance Partnership program for the purpose of receiving a personalized Property Portfolio Plan and to be provide access to properties and other finance related services which will be based on the financial information I/we provide/submit.

I/we understand that I/we will be required to provide financial information for the purpose of preparing the Property Portfolio Plan, sourcing relevant properties and providing access to the finance related services. I/we authorize the use and disclosure of such information to the 3rd parties chosen by Access Wealth.

I/we understand that my/our Property Portfolio Plan and subsequently the properties selected for me/us will be based on the information I/we provide and that if my/our circumstances change we should immediately update the information with Access Wealth.

I/we acknowledge that the Property Portfolio Plan and any cashflow analysis reports provided to us are based on a series of assumptions that are either based on past performance and/or forecast numbers chosen and agreed to by me/us. I/we understand that past performance is not a guarantee of future performance.

I/we acknowledge that Access Wealth are not licensed Financial Advisors, Finance Brokers or Licensed Accountants and I/we need to seek our own independent financial/tax advice before making any investment decisions. I/we acknowledge that our Alliance Partnership with Access Wealth gives us access to these services through their chosen 3rd parties. I/we acknowledge that Access Wealth are paid a commission on services including but not limited to the property acquisition services they provide.

I/we agree that if I/we knowingly or purposefully provide false or misleading information or purposefully withhold information that I/we are no longer entitled to a refund of any fees paid including under the “Risk Free Triple Guarantee” and any amount outstanding towards the service is still payable.

I/we understand and agree that if I/we complete the signing of an Expression of Interest or a Contract of Sale for a property that I/we are no longer entitled to a refund of any fees paid including under the “Risk-Free Triple Guarantee” and any amount outstanding towards the service is still payable.

I/we understand and agree that if I/we do not financially qualify to invest that I/we will be entitled to a full refund as long as we complete a financial assessment by one of the 3rd party Investment Lending Specialists we are referred to by Access Wealth. I/we also understand we are not obligated to use them to obtain finance.

I/we understand and agree that to be entitled to the “Risk-Free Triple Guarantee”, all fiscal decision-makers must attend both the Strategy and Property Acquisition Sessions in full and meet all other relevant conditions.
