What to expect from your first call and working with Access Wealth.
What happens on the free 15-minute call?
We’ll talk about what you’re working towards, ask a few questions about your current position, and answer your initial property questions. It’s a chance to get to know each other, understand how we work, and see whether our team can help. You don’t need to have everything worked out before we talk.
What if I’m not sure I can afford an investment property?
You don’t need to know your borrowing capacity before booking. We’ll ask about things like your income, savings, existing property and debts to get an initial understanding of your starting point. If there’s a reason to explore further, we can explain the next steps, including a proper assessment with a lending specialist.
Can I book if I’m just starting to explore property investing?
Absolutely. We work with people exploring their first investment property through to experienced investors looking to grow their portfolio. You don’t need previous experience or a property picked out. Bring your questions, and we’ll talk you through how the process works.
Am I committing to anything by booking?
