So who do you trust to help you? Parents? Your uncle who's a broker? Your friend that says he is an investor because he got gifted a property from his grandfather? The answer is no to all the above. Unless they have a large portfolio today and have built it with exactly the same finances and situation as you in todays market then its not just unhelpful to go to them but is likely damaging to your finances. You need people who live and breathe investing daily.
