We’re spending over $50,000 per year on research platforms and tools alone and that doesn’t include our team then taking that data and those tools and putting them to work. When you combine that with our partnerships with some of the best property research firms in the country, the average person trying to do it alone won’t touch the sides of the work we do.
Do I have to pick one of the options shown?
No. If none of the options feel right, we keep searching, but let’s be clear… We aren’t going to waste your time or ours by showing you properties that don’t make sense.
Can I invest interstate?
Yes. Most of our clients buy outside their home state because limiting yourself to properties just down the road eliminates over 99.99% of potential opportunities. Wether it’s an area you know or its brand new, we help you evaluate each area properly and understand the areas.
How do I know I’m not overpaying?
We include recent sales comparisons, rental comparisons, these are screenshots straight from realestate.com.au and RPdata in each report so you can see exactly how it stacks up.
