Pre-Approval

Once the structure is decided, your broker will coordinate formal pre-approval so you’re ready when you find the right property.

Together with your broker, we ensure that buffers are in place, insurance considerations are covered so you’ve got peace of mind

Why do I need pre-approval before seeing properties?

We’ve seen too many people get screwed over by the banks who pull a number out of their ass and unfortunately they take that to auction, commit to a property and then find out later they cant get the finance. We flip that on its head to make sure we have a true approval before so you don’t waste time or fall victim to the risks of not being able to settle because you didn’t do the proper due diligence. It also shows sellers you’re ready to go so that your offer is more likely to be accepted.

What if I already have a mortgage?

No problem, most of the clients we help do as well. Our broker partners can assess your current loans and advise whether refinancing or restructuring could free up capacity.

How do you improve monthly cashflow?

Out trusted brokers look at your existing loans and look for opportunities to reduce interest rates, update terms and consolidate debts. We’ve got many clients who have saved enough money by refinancing/consolidating with our team that it covers all of their investment properties holding costs.

Can I invest if I’m working casually/my income is variable or inconsistent?

That’s fine. You’ll be surprised at how many people we meet with think the banks won’t lend them any money because they are working casual hours or just changed jobs… That hasn’t been a roadblock for over a decade. We’ve got clients from all different industries doing all types of work, helped lots of people with variable or self-employed income build a buffer and structure that works.
