Our Client Acquisitions team is the first point of human connection for them, and your role as the Manager is to ensure that experience is consistently exceptional.
As the Client Acquisitions Manager, you’re responsible for leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing team that listens, understands, and actively engages with our prospective clients. We can’t take on every client that applies, so your leadership directly shapes the quality of the people we help and protects the time of our specialists. You’ll be the one instilling clarity, care, and discernment across the team, helping them become trusted guides rather than transactional operators.
Your day-to-day involves refining conversations, improving processes, elevating standards, and ensuring your team moves fast while still delivering empathy and excellence. You’ll set the rhythm, maintain accountability, and create an environment where consultants grow, clients feel supported, and only the right people progress.
