Step 1 once you join Access Wealth is doing your Strategy Session. This is where we map out your current situation, your goals and a path to get there.

All of our assumptions are based on the worse case scenario. Typically adding 1-2% to interest rates and all expenses, assuming at least 2 weeks vacancy every year (even if the statistics show a rental crisis) and reducing rental income by $20-$30 per week from market rates.
